- Apply an AI-First approach using AI tools to enhance research quality and efficiency.
- Adapt to evolving global privacy and AI regulations, providing updated guidance.
- Utilize First Principles Problem Solving to clarify assumptions and deliver structured recommendations.
- Engage in Data-Driven Decision Making for privacy assessments and evaluations.
- Conduct global privacy assessments including DPIAs and other structured reviews.
- Review product features and data practices under privacy-by-design principles.
- Draft and negotiate data processing agreements and privacy terms.
- Maintain privacy contractual documentation and internal templates.
- Create and deliver internal training on privacy and AI governance.
- Support internal and external privacy audits and ensure alignment on assessment findings.
- Monitor privacy laws and share insights with stakeholders.
- Qualified lawyer (UK or EU) with 5+ years of GDPR experience.
- Strong knowledge of EU/UK GDPR and global privacy laws.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating data processing agreements.
- Ability to manage data breaches and privacy audits.
- Excellent communication skills for simplifying legal concepts.
- Understanding of AI technologies and their ethical implications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with privacy management systems like OneTrust.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
