- Drive adoption of payment processing products to new prospects across North America
- Test market positioning and develop effective selling strategies for payments products
- Leverage industry networks to secure new customers and references
- Refine Go To Market playbook in collaboration with Strategy, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing teams
- Provide feedback to Product to influence development roadmap and priorities
- 5+ years of account executive, business development, or product sales experience in fintech or B2B payments
- Deep understanding of card acquiring and alternative payment methods
- Experience in cross-functional commercial environments (sales, product, operations, partnerships)
- Proven ability to build and close high-impact deals in regulated or startup environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to align technical and non-technical audiences
