• Assess client business needs and recommend ServiceNow solutions aligned with requirements.
• Lead ServiceNow implementation projects, including planning, execution, and effort estimation.
• Design and manage ServiceNow architecture for ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, GRC, SecOps, IRM, BCM, HRSD, and core platform capabilities.
• Conduct architectural analysis and estimate infrastructure requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow solutions with other systems within the client ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution design, best practices, and governance standards.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, GRC, SecOps, IRM, BCM, HRSD, and core platform.
• Strong product management and solution design skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration, implementation, and customization.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and architectural design abilities.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with ServiceNow, including solution design, implementation, and integration.
• Proven track record of leading ServiceNow projects and managing end-to-end implementation efforts.
