Environmental Engineer at FirstCarbon Solutions – Pensacola, Florida

Cameron-Cole is seeking a Professional Engineer to support our growing operations. This role requires a Professional Engineer License in California, Colorado, or Florida with the ability to gain licensure in other states. Hybrid work with some in-office presence is preferred, but the role can be performed from a home office, anywhere in the United States. This role is open to full-time, part-time, on-call, or contract. This role is an evergreen position, meaning we are always looking for talented individuals to join our team. With little supervision, this role will be responsible for designing, installing, and overseeing operation of environmental remediation systems, ensuring that all plans are accurately followed and adhered to Cameron-Cole guidelines and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills to work with colleagues and clients. This role will report to a Director and is accountable to the Senior Staff.

This person should have strong client relationships and project management skills, and broad experience in California and/or Florida with environmental projects including contaminated site restoration subsurface investigations, and environmental permitting and compliance (air/water/waste).

Compensation: $100,000 - $151,100
