SRW Cooling and Heating, Inc. is seeking a dependable and experienced Service Plumber to join our growing team in Destin, FL. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service. • Install, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems

• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, long-term solutions

• Repair and replace fixtures, water heaters, drains, pipes, and sewer lines

• Perform plumbing inspections and ensure compliance with local plumbing codes

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings as needed

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations

• Complete accurate work orders, service reports, and documentation

• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in clean, safe working condition

• Follow all company safety standards and local regulations

• Minimum 3+ years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, components, and tools

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces, crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor conditions

• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws

• Compensation & Pay:
