Position Description:
As Warehouse Lead, you will play vital role in overseeing daily warehouse operations while remaining hands-on in all core warehouse tasks. This position combines leadership with hands-on work, ensuring efficient receiving, shipping, inventory control, and workflow coordination. The Warehouse Lead supports the Warehouse Supervisor by guiding team members, maintaining accuracy, and prompting a safe, organized, and productive environment.

This position has a wage range of $24 - $28 hourly.

Essential Functions
- Receiving & Warehouse Operations Leadership: lead and actively participate in daily warehouse operations, including accurate receiving of inbound freight, verification against purchase orders, documentation of discrepancies, and timely coordination of all shipping and inventory processes
- Outbound Shipment & Internal Order Coordination: coordinate and assist with all outbound service shipments, including repairs, will-call orders, and Service Manager requests while prioritizing, assigning, and helping complete internal orders needed for technicians to perform repairs or installations
- Inventory Control & Warehouse Safety: ensure all inventory, including warranty parts and cores, is accurately labeled, stored, and tracked while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment and upholding all cleanliness and safety standards
- Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement: train, mentor, and support warehouse team members while contributing to special projects, driving continuous improvement, modeling company values, and performing additional duties as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in forklifts and manual/powered pallet jacks with strict adherence to safety rules
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of auto parts terminology
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- A pre-employment drug screen and physical are required prior to hire
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of warehouse leadership or team-lead experience
- 3+ years of forklift experience
- Valid Driver's License with the ability to obtain DOT Health Card
