About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a Sr. Developer to support client's applications implementation and maintenance including, system design, enhancement, testing, cybersecurity across all environments (Dev, test, production) and administer the system adhering to required standards.

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Active federal clearance
• 5+ years with Informatica PowerCenter or equivalent ETL tool (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator, Talend, SSIS).
• 5+ years with Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning).
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects or equivalent BI/analytics tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or similar enterprise budgeting tools.
• Experience with Oracle APEX or similar low-code platforms for UI/data maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience in Decision Support System applications and their architecture.
• Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic Server and HTTP Server (install, configure, patch).
• Ability to review Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and implement changes.
• Experience resolving STIG findings and applying DoD security hardening.
• Agile development experience (Scrum ceremonies, backlog management).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• CompTIA Security+ certification required

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS GovCloud / Cloud One experience or similar secure cloud environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket (or similar tools).
• Scrum Master/Product Owner certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
• Familiarity with DoDAF and Decision Support System architectures.
• Scripting for automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Tuning ETL workflows, database queries, and reporting dashboards.
• Implementing monitoring and alerting data pipelines and application services.
