• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans

• Supervise STNAs/CNAs as assigned

• Ensure accurate documentation

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Current LPN license in good standing

• Long-term care experience preferred (but not required)

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Compassionate and team-focused attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
