Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties will likely be assigned.
SAP experience Required
Journal Entries
Bank Reconciliations
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
Detail oriented with the ability to work with a high level of accuracy
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly reporting functionality and spreadsheets
Ability to quickly learn and become familiar with ERP and reporting systems
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize own work and projects with minimal supervision
Support continuous improvement initiatives in accounting and operations
Support order to cash process including but not limited to contracting, quoting, billing, and collections.
Analyzes pricing issues & processes resulting in short-pays and determining appropriate resolution; supports AR on pricing differences.
Support AR process, posting invoices and supplier account reconciliation.

Preferred Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s in Accounting and/or equivalent education or related field
At least 3 years of experience in a related field

Customer Service Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Travel
Some travel is required to our Arizona office

Compensation Range: $20.00-$25.00
In addition to a competitive salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: vacation time, sick time, bereavement leave, paid holidays and medical benefits and 401(k) savings plan.
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what we anticipate to pay for this position, based on internal equity and budget.
