About This Position
PowerApps Developer
Location: Remote
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required
About the Role
We are building a pipeline of experienced PowerApps Developers to support upcoming federal projects focused on modernizing business processes and improving data accessibility. This role involves designing, developing and maintaining low-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to support mission-critical operations.
Candidates should be comfortable working in secure government environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
- Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI when required
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 and external data sources
- Create and maintain custom connectors and APIs
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Optimize performance, usability and security of applications
- Support deployment, testing and troubleshooting activities
- Document solutions, processes and technical designs
- Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong experience with PowerApps and Power Automate
- Experience integrating SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services
- Understanding of data structures, relational databases and data modeling
- Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Dataverse and Common Data Service
- Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization best practices
- Experience with Azure services and API integrations
- Familiarity with Agile development environments
- Experience supporting federal customers
- Microsoft Power Platform certification
