About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our Meadowlands Division team. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, manufacturing-based office environment and take pride in accuracy and organization.

As a Customer Service Liaison, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers while ensuring all orders, documentation, and blueprints are entered accurately into our ERP system (Global Shop). Your role is critical in supporting production flow, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with customers via phone and email to answer questions and provide support
• Review and compare Inside Sales quotes against Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy
• Upload and attach all applicable blueprints to Global Shop for each Purchase Order
• Process repeat orders through materialization
• Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Organize and file documentation accurately
• Assist Estimators as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Three (3) or more years of customer service experience - preferred
• Basic math skills with the ability to perform accurate calculations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to effectively operate a computer, telephone, and standard office equipment
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly with team members and customers
• Comfortable typing accurately and efficiently
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years of age or older
