Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Full Time/Year Round work. Our on call is 1 week every 2 weeks.

- PAY: $21.00 - $25.00/HR
- Yearly reviews for raises up to 5%
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to$4,000/Year!
- On-Call Bonus, $100 a week. 1.5 hour minimum per call

What we are hoping for:
- 3+ years experience in maintenance, including 3+ years in multi-family housing
- HVAC or EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPO Certification preferred
- Drywalling including painting and carpentry
