About the role:

The Production Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for Veridian Service Partners’ field

operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role bridges strategic direction and day-to-day execution, managing multiple crews and field leaders to deliver high-quality work while optimizing labor, materials, and logistics. The Production Manager is accountable for performance outcomes across multiple service lines and ensures that operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and safety standards are consistently upheld.

This role is designed to scale across Veridian’s growing outdoor services portfolio, supporting integration and performance

alignment across new business units and service lines.

What you'll do:

● Lead and manage Field Managers, Project Managers, and other operational staff to achieve production goals and

key performance targets.

● Develop, implement, and oversee production plans and scheduling to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.

● Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all field operations.

● Monitor production performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement process improvements.

● Partner with Market and Regional leadership to forecast labor, material, and equipment needs to meet business

objectives.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support recruiting, budgeting, and

operational planning.

● Support onboarding and development of leadership talent within operations to build strong, future-ready teams.

● Uphold Veridian’s cultural values by fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence in all field

locations

● Other duties as needed

What we are looking for:

To effectively perform the duties for this position, individuals must be able to demonstrate competencies that

are essential to the position, which include:

● High school diploma or equivalent

● 5+ years of experience in production, operations, or field management, preferably within construction, trades, or

home/outdoor services industries.

● Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and complex operational schedules.

● Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.

● Demonstrated success leading leaders (e.g., managing Field Managers or Foremen).

● Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety standards.

● Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

● Proficient in project management and operational software systems.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

● Regularly visits field sites and outdoor job environments.

● May involve walking, standing, and inspecting active work areas.

● Requires occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and exposure to variable weather conditions.

● Frequent travel between locations may be required.

Leadership Expectations:

● Leads multiple field managers, project managers, and production teams.

● Balances strategic and tactical priorities across service lines and markets.

● Makes operational decisions that directly impact profitability, safety, and customer outcomes.

● Develops emerging leaders and builds succession depth within the organization.

● Aligns field operations with company-wide growth initiatives and integration strategies.
