KNG Construction Co Inc is seeking skilled, dependable Residential Carpenters to join our Field Operations team. This role is hands-on and critical to delivering high-quality residential projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced craftsman who takes pride in their work, works well on a team, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow in a respectful, professional environment.

• Perform residential carpentry work including framing, drywall (rocking), and finish carpentry

• Hang doors, install molding and trim, and complete punch-list items

• Read and follow basic plans, layouts, and supervisor direction

• Maintain quality standards and jobsite cleanliness

• Use personal tools safely and effectively

• Work collaboratively with other trades and crew members

• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently to keep projects on schedule

• 6+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred

• Strong skills in:

  • Framing

  • Drywall / rocking

  • Hanging doors

  • Molding and finish work

• Must have own tools

• OSHA certification required

• Valid work authorization (working papers required)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and professional on the jobsite

• $30$35/hour depending on experience
