We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is driven, professional, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

• Explain pricing, financing options, and dealership promotions

• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text

• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, features, and promotions

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred (not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Basic computer and CRM proficiency

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
