We're looking for a Service Technician to help keep our multifamily communities running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, take initiative, and get things done, this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties and equipment regularly to find and fix maintenance issues.
• Handle repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep things running safely and efficiently.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
• Keep details records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Work with the team to improve how we maintain our communities.
• Ensure everything is safe and organized in your workspace.
• Help install new equipment when needed.
• Be available for emergency repairs and after-hours calls as part of a rotation schedule.

Qualifications:

• Dedicated with a strong work ethic.
• Problem solver with a hands-on approach.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Well-organized and good at time management.
• Can handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Takes initiative and gets things done.
• Clear communicator, both verbal and written.
• Excited to learn new skills and grow with us.
• Experience in a similar role is a bonus but not required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus.
• Technical certification or training is appreciated.
