Are you pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Ag Business, or a related field? Looking to gain real-world experience in feed manufacturing, customer service, and agricultural sales?
Our Feed Mill Internship is a paid, hands-on learning opportunity designed to give college students practical exposure to feed mill operations while introducing the sales and customer-facing side of an agricultural cooperative. This internship is structured to provide meaningful experience, mentorship, and career readiness within a professional ag environment.

Feed Mill Operations
- Assist with feed production, mixing, and packaging under supervision
- Sack feed and help load/unload grain and feed trucks
- Support inventory counts, recordkeeping, and documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and facility
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Customer & Sales Exposure
- Learn to respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Shadow sales staff during farm calls, customer visits, and meetings
- Assist with preparing sales materials and customer follow-ups
- Learn how feed products are recommended based on customer needs
- Support walk-in customers and answer incoming calls as needed
- Currently enrolled in Agriculture, Animal Science, Ag Business, or related program
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document information accurately
- Willingness to work a variable schedule, including overtime as needed
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
