About This Position
Customer Service Representative - CSR
A customer service representative is primarily responsible for all contacts with customers and any follow up required. Customer service representatives are the face of our company and will convey a sincere desire to assist the customer with questions and issues; their goal will always be to encourage return sales. Customer service representatives will make outgoing calls to resolve internal issues, return voice messages, handle incoming calls to our customer service lines and handle email correspondence.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Core duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Talks with customers by phone or in person. Inbound and Outbound calls.
- Engage customers in a “live chat” environment.
- Takes orders and re-orders.
- Solicits sale of new or additional products.
- Answers questions about products and order process.
- Makes corrections on established orders, when appropriate.
- Resolves Concerns with current orders and assist customers with any problems regarding orders in transit and received.
- Reviews orders, shipping and other pertinent data on multiple programs and web browsing.
- Overall representatives will assist customers before, during and after their purchase
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or greater preferred
- Strong customer service background
- 2+ years of management experience
