About the role

Realm Health is recruiting a hands-on Trainer responsible for learning our day-to-day operations, documenting them into clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and designing and facilitating training that drives consistent execution across teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, can quickly absorb new processes, and takes pride in turning complexity into clarity. You will work directly with leadership and frontline teams to ensure that our training aligns with our operations.


What you'll do

Process Learning & SOP Creation

  • Learn operational workflows through shadowing, observation, and collaboration with internal teams
  • Document processes into clear, usable SOPs that support consistency and scale
  • Maintain and update SOPs as processes evolve
  • Flag gaps, redundancies, and inconsistencies in current workflows

Training Design & Delivery

  • Design onboarding and refresher training aligned to documented SOPs
  • Create training materials, including slides, guides, and job aids
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing employees
  • Ensure training is practical, engaging, and execution-focused

Enablement & Support

  • Partner with team leads to reinforce process adherence and adoption
  • Support new hire ramp and ongoing skill development
  • Help establish repeatable training standards as the organization grows


  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in training, enablement, operations, or process documentation
  • Experience documenting workflows or creating SOPs
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Clear, concise writing ability
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
