Essential Job Functions:
- Provides technical support to user, addressing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Administer and maintain physical and virtual server infrastructure.
- Administer and maintain network and wireless network infrastructure
- Manage and maintain asset inventory of hardware, software, and applications.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain VPN solutions to secure remote access for end users.
- Manage Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, permissions, and collaboration tools.
- Manage Okta identity management including MFA and user provisioning.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect systems and data, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Provide tier and tier 3 support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of tolls and systems.
- Oversee all aspects of the BBGH PACS ensuring functionality and reliability.
- Perform regular system checks and routine maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with data storage and security regulations.
- Must participate in the on-call rotation.

Job Qualifications:
Education:
Required: Associates Degree in Information Systems, Networking, or other equivalent computer field
Preferred: Advanced education such as Microsoft Certification and 3-5 years full-time network administrator experience in a hospital setting.
Experience:
Required: Demonstrated experience in information technology
Preferred: One or more years actively involved in a highly virtual environment as a network administrator in a healthcare setting. Experience in Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Office 365 , VMware, Programming of Cisco switches and routers, Cisco Firewalls, Firepower, AirWatch, Mitel VOIP, Exchange, Iron Port, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Unitrends Cybersecurity and risk mitigation.
License/Certifications:
Required: None
Conditional: A+ Certification within 1 year of hire. Network + Certification within 2 years of hire
