Responsibilities

The Creative Project Manager owns all aspects of creative development throughout the lifespan of projects, ensuring resources, processes, expectations, and quality are managed proactively. This role balances critical thinking, the tactical delivery of tasks, and how the projects support the organization's goals and department strategies. Projects vary from digital, print, photography, video, website, and social to multi-channel marketing campaigns.



Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a relevant field required. Equivalent experience may be substituted for educational requirements.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience successfully managing projects in a marketing, internal creative department, ad agency or digital agency.
  • Experience working with web-based project management tools.
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud

Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital, social media, video, and print processes/techniques.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and proactively manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that include being good at listening, asking curious questions, guiding, facilitating, and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of and respect for the creative process and knowledge of how to influence creative work to make it better.
  • Strong communication skills, with clear and consistent written and oral communication.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems, with comfort with ambiguity and evolving projects and ability to raise risks and offer productive solutions.
  • Ability to quantify and measure results/performance from creative work.
  • Experience with Lean process principles
