Territory Sales Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager in the United States.

This role is a field-driven sales position focused on growing and managing a defined territory within the pool and spa solutions market. You will be responsible for strengthening relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities across Texas and Oklahoma. The position blends account management, technical product support, and strategic sales execution to drive sustainable growth. You will act as a key advisor to retail and distribution partners, helping them improve performance through training, insights, and tailored solutions. Working in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and market initiatives. This is a high-impact role where your ability to analyze data, build trust, and execute consistently will directly influence territory success.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving territory growth through proactive sales execution, customer engagement, and market development activities, including:

  • Managing and expanding existing customer accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Conducting regular customer visits, delivering training, and supporting retail partners to achieve sales and performance targets
  • Analyzing sales performance and market trends to recommend strategies that improve growth and customer outcomes
  • Supporting marketing initiatives through in-store promotions, product education, displays, and campaign execution
  • Maintaining accurate activity tracking, call reports, and sales data using CRM tools and reporting systems
  • Representing the organization at trade shows, industry events, and professional associations to promote solutions and build relationships
  • Collaborating with internal sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align territory strategy and execution
Requirements

This position requires a strong mix of field sales expertise, relationship management ability, and analytical thinking, including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B or territory sales, preferably in technical or industrial markets
  • Industry knowledge of pool, spa, or water treatment solutions is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth in a defined territory
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to guide decisions
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, including approximately 40% overnight travel
