This leadership role sits at the intersection of healthcare analytics, customer success, and value-based care performance optimization. You will be responsible for driving the financial and clinical performance of customer programs by leveraging advanced analytics, deep healthcare data insights, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role requiring strong analytical leadership and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage the performance and P&L of assigned customer programs, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement of clinical and financial outcomes
  • Analyze customer performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and drivers of cost and quality improvements across managed populations
  • Develop and execute actionable performance improvement strategies in collaboration with clinical, operations, finance, and product teams
  • Lead customer performance reviews and executive reporting, ensuring alignment between internal KPIs, contractual SLAs, and client expectations
  • Translate complex data inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear initiatives, interventions, and operational improvements
  • Identify and validate new care intervention strategies using advanced analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives impacting multiple customer cohorts, providers, and patient populations
  • Mentor and manage junior analysts, providing guidance on analytics execution, storytelling, and performance strategy development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, STEM, or related field; MBA or advanced quantitative degree preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, performance management, or data-driven consulting roles
  • Experience in management consulting, investment banking, product operations, or similar analytical environments (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong experience working with senior executive stakeholders to develop and present data-driven recommendations
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured, actionable analytical solutions
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in healthcare performance metrics, population health, or value-based care models
  • Proficiency in Python and Databricks required; experience with SQL, Tableau, or AI/ML tools is a plus
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence cross-functional decision-making
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members in analytical or consulting environments
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and qualifications
  • Remote-first work environment with limited, business-driven travel
  • Opportunity to work in a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on improving patient outcomes
  • Exposure to advanced healthcare analytics, value-based care models, and large-scale population health initiatives
  • Collaborative, cross-functional work culture spanning clinical, financial, and product teams
  • Professional growth opportunities including leadership development and mentorship responsibilities
  • Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity employment
  • Flexible work arrangements supporting work-life balance.
