Join a high-impact leadership role focused on transforming specialized expertise into scalable, market-ready solutions. This position is ideal for someone who sees opportunities to convert complex client engagements into repeatable offerings that drive long-term growth. You will build and lead a strategic product development function from the ground up, working across consulting, technology, research, and operations teams. The role combines innovation, commercial strategy, and cross-functional leadership in a mission-driven environment. You’ll influence executive decisions, shape investment priorities, and create offerings that deliver measurable value. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building new capabilities at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and lead the product strategy and offering development function, creating processes, governance, and priorities for scalable growth.
  • Identify recurring client needs, service models, and internal capabilities that can be transformed into repeatable solutions.
  • Manage the full innovation lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and concept creation to launch readiness and ongoing performance management.
  • Develop compelling business cases, financial models, and investment recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Define product positioning, buyer personas, pricing approaches, differentiation, and success metrics.
  • Partner with delivery and operational teams to ensure offerings can be implemented consistently and profitably.
  • Coordinate go-to-market readiness with commercial teams, including messaging, sales enablement, and market rollout strategies.
  • Track portfolio performance through adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue potential, and delivery efficiency metrics.
  • Recommend enhancements, expansion, or retirement decisions based on market and operational results.
  • Foster collaboration across business units to unlock cross-functional growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, offering development, consulting leadership, solution packaging, or a related strategic role.
  • Proven success building or scaling a product or offering management capability from the ground up.
  • Strong background in environments combining services, consulting, and technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change without direct authority.
  • Experience creating business cases, investment proposals, pricing models, and financial forecasts.
  • Ability to translate technical or domain expertise into compelling market-facing value propositions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research, competitive intelligence, and portfolio strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Advanced degree in business, healthcare, public policy, or a related field is a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $154,271 to $186,189.15, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Generous paid time off program.
  • 8 company holidays plus 3 floating holidays.
  • 401(k) plan with employer contribution and additional gainsharing opportunities.
  • Tuition assistance for continued professional development.
  • Life, disability, and AD&D insurance coverage.
  • Fully remote work model with occasional collaboration events.
  • Flexible and supportive work environment focused on impact and innovation.
