You will partner directly with senior finance leadership to drive high-impact initiatives that strengthen accounting and finance operations across multiple schools and stakeholders. - Lead and manage strategic finance and accounting initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and operational excellence.
- Oversee cross-functional projects such as audits, budgeting processes, and rapid-response issue resolution, developing project plans, tracking milestones, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Conduct financial and operational analysis, preparing reports, briefings, and presentations to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Coordinate departmental operations including tracking deliverables, managing internal tools and resources, and supporting financial administration processes.
- Facilitate leadership and team meetings, including agenda creation, materials development, documentation, and follow-up on key actions and decisions.
- Support process improvement efforts, documentation of workflows, onboarding materials, and communication of key initiatives across stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience within finance, accounting, consulting, or a related analytical environment, along with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder settings. You combine structured thinking with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with equivalent education/experience).
- Proven project management experience, ideally in finance, accounting, operations, or strategy-focused roles.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Experience in process improvement, operational coordination, or financial analysis is highly valued.
- Competitive salary range: $72,000 - $120,000 based on experience
