This role is focused on driving strategic growth across existing enterprise accounts by leveraging a strong ecosystem of technology partners, resellers, and consulting firms. You will play a key part in expanding revenue opportunities within signed clients through collaborative, partner-led selling motions. Acting as a bridge between internal sales teams and external partners, you will help shape joint go-to-market strategies that maximize value delivery. The environment is highly cross-functional, requiring close alignment with sales, marketing, and delivery teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-driven, consultative sales ecosystems. It offers the opportunity to directly influence account expansion and long-term customer success in a fast-evolving cybersecurity space.
- Develop and execute partner-led growth strategies focused on expanding revenue within existing client accounts through ecosystem collaboration
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with solution providers, integrators, and consulting partners to enable co-selling opportunities
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in current accounts by leveraging partner insights and joint engagement models
- Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align messaging, strengthen value propositions, and ensure successful partner execution
- Track partner-influenced pipeline and ensure alignment with broader account growth and revenue objectives
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or account management within cybersecurity, IAM, or IT services
- Proven track record of driving account growth through partner collaboration and ecosystem-led selling
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, cybersecurity solutions, or managed services environments
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a strategic and results-oriented mindset
