This role is a high-impact, client-facing position focused on driving growth, retention, and long-term value within strategic healthcare accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping organizations maximize adoption of advanced SaaS-based workforce intelligence solutions. The position combines consultative account management, commercial expansion, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced healthtech environment. You will identify new revenue opportunities by deeply understanding customer needs, operational challenges, and strategic priorities. Working closely with product, engineering, and client success teams, you will influence solution development and ensure strong customer outcomes. This is an opportunity to shape the evolution of healthcare workforce technology while directly contributing to revenue growth and customer success.
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts by driving retention, expansion, and long-term partnership value.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning solutions with customer goals, workforce needs, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships across clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, and Client Services to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Gather and translate customer feedback into actionable insights to influence product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
- Monitor account health, adoption metrics, and usage trends to proactively address risks and uncover growth opportunities.
- Lead customer engagement strategies that strengthen trust, increase solution utilization, and support long-term retention.
- Deliver presentations, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to senior decision-makers.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, ideally within healthcare technology or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding existing enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, including clinical, administrative, and operational workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and diverse customer groups.
- Ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into strategic actions and measurable outcomes.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex account structures.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to navigate organizational change and ambiguity.
- Competitive base salary ranging from 135,000 to 150,000 USD.
