This role sits within a corporate travel operations environment, supporting the smooth execution of bookings, exchanges, and servicing workflows.
You will play a key part in assisting frontline travel agents and ensuring high-quality service delivery across internal and external requests.
The position involves working with GDS systems, online booking tools, and mid-office platforms to manage travel data accurately.
You will handle PNR interpretation, queue management, ticket exchanges, refunds, and quality control processes.
The role requires strong analytical thinking to identify issues, support resolution, and improve operational efficiency.
It is a collaborative, fast-paced environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and customer focus are essential.
- Support corporate travel operations by assisting frontline agents with exchanges, refunds, unused tickets, and GDS-related queries
- Interpret and manage PNR data while monitoring queues and performing quality control checks
- Work with online booking tools and mid-office systems to ensure accurate travel processing and documentation
- Apply ARC reporting knowledge and assist with invoice, itinerary, and vendor-related workflows
- Identify process gaps, escalate issues, and contribute recommendations for operational improvement
- Maintain service excellence by meeting SLA expectations and ensuring timely resolution of requests
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate travel operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Sabre GDS, including advanced format knowledge
- Familiarity with back-office systems such as TRAMS and reporting tools
- Working knowledge of online booking tools such as Concur or Deem
- Understanding of airline policies, travel industry processes, and ARC reporting
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain high accuracy under pressure
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and reporting platforms
