This role is focused on driving top-of-funnel pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment. You will be responsible for initiating conversations with senior decision-makers, building early-stage relationships, and converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified sales opportunities. Acting as a key entry point into the sales funnel, you will help shape revenue growth by ensuring only high-quality prospects are passed to closing teams. You will also play an active role in promoting events, supporting outreach campaigns, and maintaining high engagement across multiple channels. - Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including phone calls, email outreach, and digital engagement.
- Research target accounts and gather business intelligence to identify high-value prospects within assigned markets.
- Engage with senior-level executives, clearly communicating value propositions and qualifying their business needs.
- Convert leads into sales-ready opportunities and ensure accurate tracking within CRM systems.
- Maintain consistent follow-up activities to support pipeline progression and meeting completion.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives, including event outreach and lead generation campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets and KPIs.
- Ensure high-quality data management and CRM hygiene to support forecasting and reporting accuracy.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales roles.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation or sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Excellent phone, email, and presentation skills with a professional and persuasive communication style.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and other sales technology platforms.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a strong desire to grow within a sales organization.
