Seasonal Pool Pub Cook in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at PHILADELPHIA CRICKET CLUB

Join our Culinary Team and be part of an exciting, high-energy environment at the 1854 Cafe and Pool Pub. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to help us deliver an exceptional experience to our members and guests all summer long. Season positions have the potential to grow into year round employment. We are looking for an individual with high energy, a passion for hospitality and a desire to work in an environment that rewards hard work and dedication. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. 40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and cook menu items to established menus and recipe standards.
• Support daily operations for both the 1854 Cafe and the Pool Pub.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service.
• Follow all food safety sanitation guidelines.

• Previous cooking and food service experience preferred.
• High energy, passion for people and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
