• Education: A bachelor’s degree in a health-related field is preferred.
• Licensing/Certifications: Valid Michigan licensure as required, CPR certification (we can train), valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Experience: 3+ years of prior leadership experience, preferably in healthcare
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. You have experience with leading downstream leaders and indirect reports.
