This role sits at the intersection of generative AI, creative direction, and performance marketing, helping enterprise brands transform how they produce and optimize digital advertising content. You will work closely with marketing and growth teams to design AI-powered creative workflows that generate high-performing ads across channels like social and search. The position blends strategic consulting with hands-on experimentation, requiring both strong aesthetic judgment and deep fluency in AI tools. You will guide clients in translating brand identity into scalable, AI-generated creative systems while ensuring outputs meet rigorous standards for quality and conversion performance. Operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine next-generation AI advertising capabilities. This is a highly visible role where your work directly shapes how leading brands adopt agentic AI for marketing impact.
In this role, you will drive adoption of AI-powered creative systems while acting as a strategic partner to enterprise clients and an internal innovation driver:
- Partner with enterprise marketing teams to onboard them onto AI-driven advertising workflows and ensure rapid value realization through high-quality creative outputs.
- Design and execute advanced prompt engineering workflows to generate on-brand, high-performing ad creatives across image, video, and copy formats.
- Act as a creative consultant, helping clients merge brand guidelines with AI-native production processes while maintaining high aesthetic and strategic standards.
- Set up and optimize A/B testing frameworks, analyzing creative performance data to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams, translating client feedback into actionable insights that shape platform development.
- Continuously experiment with new generative AI models and techniques to improve creative output quality and workflow efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative direction skills with deep AI fluency and enterprise client experience:
- Proven experience in a client-facing creative, strategy, or solutions role (e.g., Creative Strategist, Art Director, Solutions Architect).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work, ideally including AI-generated or AI-assisted creative assets.
- Deep hands-on expertise with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Veo, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, with awareness of what drives ad performance.
- High level of fluency in prompt engineering and AI-first creative workflows.
- Ability to balance brand aesthetics with direct-response marketing goals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to advise enterprise stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Curiosity-driven mindset with continuous engagement in emerging AI tools, research, and trends.
