This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling a portfolio of products that power data-driven decision-making across the retail, industry, and distribution ecosystem. You will lead and develop a team of Product Managers while defining the strategic direction of multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. The role requires a strong balance between strategic vision and hands-on product execution, with a focus on delivering measurable customer value. You will work across functions such as Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure cohesive product delivery and market impact. In a highly data-oriented environment, you will use insights, experimentation, and market intelligence to guide prioritization and innovation. This position also plays a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and product excellence. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance and innovation-driven culture.
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy based on market insights, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Oversee and prioritize the product portfolio, ensuring synergy across solutions and alignment with the end-to-end customer journey.
- Identify new product opportunities and improvements using quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, hypothesis testing, and continuous learning using frameworks such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup.
- Ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to improve delivery speed and product quality.
- Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure integrated execution of strategy.
- Engage and communicate with executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment on vision, priorities, and product evolution.
- Strong experience leading product teams, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and manage complex product portfolios across multiple domains.
- Experience translating business goals into clear, measurable product plans and outcomes.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using product metrics, OKRs, and analytics to guide decisions.
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts and related solutions (e.g., S&OP, DRP, VMI).
- Experience with AI applications in product development and/or AI-powered product features is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level influence.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities and complex ecosystems.
- Nice to have: certifications in Product Management (e.g., PM3, TERA or equivalent).
