Job Description
Senior Accountant – Property Management
We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles and property management accounting, and the ability to manage complex financial tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Maintain General Ledger
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Functions
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Reconcile accounts, analyze variances, and support month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a real estate property management environment.
• Strong knowledge of condominium and real estate financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency with MS Excel. Yardi Voyager a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
