Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement departmental goals, strategies, and standards in compliance with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate department operations, including patient care delivery, information systems, service performance, and issue resolution to maintain quality outcomes.
• Oversee staffing functions such as hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Plan, manage, and review departmental budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and efficient allocation of resources.
• Direct and support internal and external audit activities to ensure regulatory compliance and operational integrity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and professional growth within the team.
• Ensure departmental activities align with organizational goals and support a seamless continuum of care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field required.
• Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.
