You will serve as the face of a premier wellness brand, ensuring every customer who enters our showroom receives world-class service and expert product guidance. This role offers the chance to master high-end retail operations while helping families create their ideal home relaxation environments. You will make a tangible impact by maintaining a pristine showroom and providing the technical clarity customers need to enjoy their pools and spas.

• Greet customers warmly to establish a professional and welcoming retail environment from the moment they arrive.

• Perform accurate water testing and interpret results to provide tailored chemical treatment recommendations for pool and spa owners.

• Process point-of-sale transactions, returns, and exchanges with precision to ensure a seamless checkout experience.

• Maintain well-stocked and organized shelves to ensure product displays remain visually appealing and easily accessible.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve logistical challenges and maintain store standards during high-volume periods.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the showroom and facilities to uphold the companys reputation for quality and professionalism.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Demonstrated ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

• Physical capacity to lift and move heavy boxes and inventory items.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings until 6 PM and every other weekend.

• Basic math proficiency required for handling financial transactions and inventory counts.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-centric service environment.

• Valid driver's license.

• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage and educate customers on technical products.

• Experience with point-of-sale systems or similar retail technology platforms.
