TDraine Services is a locally owned and operated cleaning company based in Memphis, Tennessee. We provide high-quality commercial cleaning services to offices, medical facilities, retail spaces, warehouses, and other commercial properties across the Memphis metro area. Our mission is to deliver reliable, detail-oriented cleaning that helps businesses maintain a clean, professional, and healthy environment.

We are seeking FOUR dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned commercial facilities. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Evening and early morning shifts are common depending on client needs.

• Punctuality & Professional behavior with clients or anyone connected to the client
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Polish floors, windows, and glass surfaces
• Empty waste receptacles and properly dispose of recycling and trash
• Restock supplies in restrooms and kitchens as needed
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management
• Secure buildings after cleaning (lock doors, set alarms when required)
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (floor machines, vacuums, etc.)
• Work independently or as part of a small team to meet client expectations

• Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred (but not required – we are willing to train motivated candidates)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work
• Physical stamina – must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check; some exceptions may be made on a case-to-case basis
• Flexible availability
• Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Commitment to safety and proper use of cleaning chemicals

• Working 5 hours per day - 5 days per week with options for additional hours as business allows
