About This Position
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Repack team member to join our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packaged and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes, including shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
Responsibilities
Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move products safely.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments to maintain an organized warehouse environment.
Perform order picking using RF scanners to ensure timely fulfillment of e-commerce orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the packing area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety standards.
Conduct basic math calculations for inventory management and order processing.
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a focus on shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and packaging.
Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and e-commerce operations is a plus.
Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately under time constraints.
Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
