Position Description

Job Summary:

Landshapes, a division of All States Materials Group Inc., is one of the region’s largest landscape design/build companies.

Immediately hiring for winter grounds maintenance including plowing, shoveling and ice control. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual. A positive attitude and strong desire to learn are essential. Our team operates in a cheerful, hardworking, family-like environment with significant opportunities for growth. Year-round, Seasonal and Part-time positions available; Overtime offered.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform landscape maintenance tasks across a variety of residential and commercial properties
  2. Operate state-of-the-art equipment including electric mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  3. Use hand tools and powered tools safely and effectively
  4. Assist with ongoing, year-round projects involving diverse tasks
  5. Maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment
  6. Support team members and uphold company standards


Position Requirements

  1. Must be 18 years of age or older
  2. Dependable and able to maintain reliable attendance
  3. Must pass a physical

Work Conditions:

Incumbent must be able to tolerate moderate to loud noise level (PPE will be provided, including hearing protection as required), long hours standing, walking, and laboring outdoors in varying weather conditions – frequently in extreme heat.

Employee may sit for an hour or more at a time.
