Sr. Product Manager - Remote

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and managing the Furscription product portfolio, enhancing prescription workflows and pharmacy integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and leadership to align product priorities with business goals. Your contributions will significantly impact the healthcare experience for both animals and their owners, ensuring safe and efficient prescription management. Accountabilities
  • Own and maintain the product roadmap for Furscription and related prescription management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic goals with customer needs and operational requirements.
  • Translate business and customer feedback into clear product requirements and actionable user stories.
  • Lead ownership for end-to-end prescription workflows including prescribing, routing, and exception handling.
  • Participate in backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and product reviews.
  • Monitor key product metrics and drive continual improvement based on data and feedback.
  • Incorporate compliance and auditability into product planning and delivery.
  • Enhance product documentation and knowledge transfer processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS or healthcare technology environments.
  • Strong ability to translate complex workflows into clear product plans.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or similar environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with data-informed decision making.
