What We Seek

Merit Advisors is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand and support business growth. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and Business Development team to execute campaigns, create compelling content, track performance, and coordinate events—ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with company goals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving results-driven marketing initiatives.

In general, you can expect to:
  • Create and manage content across multiple channels including social media, email, website, and marketing collateral, while ensuring consistent brand messaging
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Coordinate with external agencies to support creative development and marketing deliverables
  • Plan and execute events, conferences, and client engagements, managing logistics and vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team and leadership to support strategic initiatives
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Have proven experience in, and passion for, developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and business results
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and maintain professionalism when handling sensitive business or client information
  • Have a continuous improvement and innovative mindset to find better ways to reach audiences and achieve marketing goals
  • Are results-driven, creative, and business savvy
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Have experience planning, executing, and managing events, including working with vendors and external partners to ensure successful outcomes
  • Have experience analyzing marketing metrics and campaign performance to inform strategy
  • Possess knowledge of marketing best practices, branding, and digital marketing trends
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Proven high performer, with 4+ years of successful experience in marketing
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media platforms
