This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and drive a high-performing commercial partnerships function during a period of transformation. You will lead a team of Account Managers while personally managing key strategic partner relationships, negotiating high-value deals, and unlocking new business opportunities. The position requires balancing hands-on commercial execution with team leadership, process building, and long-term strategic thinking. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and consistent partner value creation. This role has high visibility, direct impact on revenue growth, and the chance to build a scalable, best-in-class commercial partnerships function in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to deliver high-quality partner engagement and commercial outcomes
- Own strategic partner relationships, elevating engagement to senior stakeholders and leading high-value negotiations
- Drive business development by identifying and unlocking new partner opportunities across existing and emerging markets
- Define and implement processes, workflows, and standards across the partnerships function to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure deal quality, commercial discipline, and structured evaluation of all agreements
- Collaborate with commercial performance and leadership teams to align on strategy, data-driven decisions, and multi-channel propositions
- Champion a culture of long-term value creation, structured decision-making, and team performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in iGaming affiliation, including deep understanding of affiliate programs, deal structures, and partner ecosystems
- Prior senior management or leadership experience in account management, partnerships, or commercial functions
- Established relationships with senior stakeholders in iGaming operators and affiliates
- Strong commercial instincts with experience negotiating high-value, complex deals
- Demonstrated business development capability, building relationships from scratch and expanding existing partnerships
- Track record of designing and implementing processes, workflows, and scalable commercial operations
- Comfort with ambiguity, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to balance leadership with personal commercial output
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; strategic and analytical mindset
- Familiarity with multi-channel affiliate propositions and use of CRM systems to inform commercial decisions is strongly preferred
