This is a high-impact enterprise sales role focused on driving strategic growth across complex, high-value accounts within the technology, SaaS, and fintech sectors. You will be responsible for building and expanding senior-level relationships with C-suite decision-makers, positioning advanced customer experience solutions in competitive global markets. Operating as a key individual contributor, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, with a strong emphasis on consultative selling and long-term partnership development. This role offers high visibility with executive leadership and direct influence on enterprise growth strategy. You will engage in fast-moving, relationship-driven sales cycles where network strength, credibility, and commercial acumen are essential. In this role, you will lead enterprise acquisition and expansion efforts, managing complex sales cycles and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in target organizations. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by positioning tailored solutions and closing high-value deals across competitive enterprise markets.
- Identify, engage, and close new enterprise accounts across SaaS, fintech, and technology sectors
- Leverage your professional network to build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract closure
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive new business and long-term client partnerships
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine enterprise sales strategy and growth initiatives
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (with occasional travel)
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM management to ensure data-driven decision-making
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals in competitive B2B environments. You are highly autonomous, commercially driven, and skilled at building executive-level relationships across global markets.
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in the US or UK markets
- Proven success in closing large, complex B2B deals within SaaS, fintech, CX, or technology sectors
- Strong network of senior decision-makers and ability to generate opportunities through relationships
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, negotiation strategies, and consultative selling approaches
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, global environments
- High credibility when engaging with C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders
