Job Overview

  • Project Scope: Residential, Commercial, and Industrial New Construction.

  • Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Journeyman Plumber's License and Valid Driver's License.

The Opportunity You will serve as a premier technical authority and field leader, overseeing complex installations for a company with a 25 -year legacy in Wyoming. This role empowers you to manage high-stakes projects and mentor junior talent while benefiting from a family-focused culture and a premium compensation package. You will be the bridge between project management and field execution, ensuring excellence in every build.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead field crews in the execution of daily tasks to ensure peak productivity and professional standards.

  • Experience with in-home sales using industry specific service products

  • Delegate site responsibilities and monitor team accountabilities to meet aggressive project deadlines.

  • Resolve complex on-site challenges through expert troubleshooting of heating and radiant heat systems.

  • Collaborate with General Contractor Superintendents to advise on plumbing code and industry best practices.

  • Orchestrate material procurement and forecasting with the office team to maintain seamless project continuity.

  • Utilize advanced industry software and technology to track project progress and document field outcomes.

  • Champion a culture of safety by applying OSHA procedures and setting a professional example for all staff.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Current Journeyman Plumbers License with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

  • Expert proficiency in interpreting architectural plans, blueprints, and material specifications.

  • Proven ability to work unsupervised and manage field operations with high levels of autonomy.

  • Valid Drivers License with a clean record for operating company vehicles and equipment.

  • Physical stamina and health reflective of the rigors of the plumbing and construction industry.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Specialized expertise in large-scale commercial radiant heat applications and domestic boiler systems.

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman-level role within the mechanical trades.

  • Advanced proficiency in digital project management tools and mobile construction technology.

  • Sales experience and service leadership
