Maintenance Assistants/Grounds CrewConveniently located 15 miles outside of Philadelphia, College Settlement's 235 acre Horsham campus is a beautiful location for hundreds of activities in our forests and wetlands, ponds and creeks. Our Maintenance staff members are a vital part of our successful Outdoor School and summer programsUnder the direction of the Property Manager tasks will include, but not be limited to, the following:Help maintain the buildings, grounds and equipment of the Camps as assigned. Mow the lawns as directed PaintingLandscapingCleaning of buildings, grounds and equipmentMoving of equipment and suppliesTrail maintenanceTrash/recycling removalVehicle cleaningAssist with other maintenance tasks as assigned.Flexible dates and shifts are available.
