About This Position

POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing our online presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" digital marketer who can pivot seamlessly between technical SEO audits, high-performance SEM campaigns, and managing our WordPress ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to wear many hats and make a measurable impact on brand awareness and customer engagement.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • WordPress Management: Act as the primary administrator for our website. This includes publishing content, managing plugins, ensuring site health, and making front-end adjustments to improve UX and conversion rates.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct keyword research and on-page/technical SEO audits. Implement strategies to improve organic rankings and track performance using tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs/Semrush.
  • SEM & Paid Media: Plan, launch, and manage paid search (Google Ads) and display campaigns. Knowledge of bid management, A/B testing ad copy, and maintaining a healthy ROAS, vendor management.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize the Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio) and internal CRM to track KPIs. You must be able to turn complex data into actionable insights for the leadership team.
  • Cross-Channel Support: Assist in the coordination of email marketing and video media efforts to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
  • Reputation & Local Presence Management: Monitor and maintain brand consistency across all third-party directories, ensuring NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) data is 100% accurate. Proactively manage online reviews and business listings (Google Business Profile, Bing Places, etc.) to drive local SEO and build consumer trust.
  • Budget Optimization & Efficiency: Manage and allocate monthly digital ad spends across various platforms, ensuring a low CPC (Cost Per Click) and high conversion volume. Continually audit campaign for optimized performance.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing is preferred, along with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a combination of education and experience demonstrating a proven track record in the field.
  • CMS Mastery: High proficiency in WordPress.
  • Google Ecosystem: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Maps, Google Local Service Ads and Google Search Console.
  • Search Marketing: Proven track record of managing both SEO (organic growth) and SEM (paid acquisition) simultaneously.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus; ability to troubleshoot tracking pixels and tags is required.
  • Communication: Strong copywriting skills for ads and web content, with the ability to explain technical "marketing speak" to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team-player: Ability to lead and be part of our department and corporate team.
  • Ability to edit and design graphic and video content.
