This role offers a high-impact opportunity to drive enterprise growth within a fast-scaling cloud security environment. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic enterprise deals across Southern California, focusing on C-level engagement and complex technical stakeholders. Operating in a field-based sales capacity, you will own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to contract closure, with a strong emphasis on value-based selling and ROI articulation. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to accelerate customer success and time-to-value. This position is ideal for a consultative, performance-driven sales professional who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments. You will play a key role in expanding market presence while helping enterprise customers strengthen their cloud security posture through innovative solutions.
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on generating new enterprise pipeline and acquiring net-new logos across Southern California, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets.
- Manage full-cycle enterprise sales engagements, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, value demonstration, and contract negotiation through close.
- Engage and influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders by clearly articulating business value, ROI, and security outcomes aligned to customer needs.
- Partner with internal technical teams to support solution design, integration planning, and smooth implementation, accelerating customer time-to-value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ecosystem stakeholders to expand market reach and drive deal acceleration.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM discipline, and data-driven pipeline management to support leadership visibility and strategic decision-making.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven success in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated experience selling to both executive leadership (C-level) and technical buyers within cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, or infrastructure-focused environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC or equivalent) and structured, repeatable sales processes.
- Ability to build compelling business cases, quantify ROI, and communicate complex technical value in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
- Solid understanding of cloud security concepts, modern infrastructure architectures, and market trends is strongly preferred.
