In this role, you will serve as a pivotal force in fostering growth within the Education, Government, and Building Service Contractor sectors. Your mission will involve building enduring relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with distribution partners, and delivering customized solutions that create lasting value. You will engage with decision-makers to uncover their needs, demonstrate product efficacy, and drive successful outcomes while maintaining operational excellence.Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan aimed at retaining and expanding business relationships.
  • Identify key accounts and formulate strategies to enhance value delivery to clients.
  • Engage with decision-makers to provide consultative solutions and build trust.
  • Present products and negotiate programs that optimize margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with distributors to develop cooperative strategies for mutual growth.
  • Conduct assessments and trials to showcase product benefits in institutional settings.
  • Perform business reviews and manage accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree preferred with at least 2 years of outside sales experience or a high school diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven success in outside sales, especially in Education, Government, or BSC sectors.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to convert insights into strategic actions.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel and operationally ready to manage equipment demonstrations.
