- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients in the wind energy space.
- Sell innovative energy storage solutions to both existing and new customers.
- Identify market opportunities and craft tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, product management, and marketing.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetups.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and key account management, ideally in the wind or energy sector.
- Solid understanding of energy storage systems (ESS), with prior experience being a bonus.
- A customer-first mindset and top-tier negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and bring a strong motivation.
- Proficiency in German (C1-2) and English (C1).
- Willingness to relocate if not based in Hamburg.
