- Define and execute the enterprise MDM strategy, leveraging platforms such as SAP Master Data and Reltio
- Lead and mentor a global team of MDM professionals to drive adherence to data governance and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies, procedures, and OKRs/KPIs for master data management
- Oversee configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of material, vendor, and customer data
- Ensure efficient integration between MDM platforms and enterprise applications, providing technical guidance where needed
- Manage enterprise MDM roadmap, vendor relationships, budgets, and project delivery across geographies
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and resolve data quality issues while driving continuous improvement
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 7+ years of experience with MDM technologies, specifically SAP Master Data and Reltio
- 5+ years of experience with data platforms (preferably Databricks), analytics tools (Power BI), SQL, and integration technologies
- Proven experience managing global teams and delivering enterprise-level data solutions
- Expertise in cloud-based platforms, data governance, and best practices in MDM
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with OKRs/KPIs, project management, and vendor collaboration
