We are currently looking for a Manager, Master Data Management in the United States.The Manager, Master Data Management will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise data initiatives, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical business data. This role involves managing a global team of MDM practitioners while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to implement scalable solutions across multiple platforms. You will oversee the lifecycle of key data domains, drive improvements in data quality, and guide the integration of master data processes across enterprise applications. This position offers a hands-on, leadership-focused environment where you can influence data strategy, mentor professionals, and contribute to measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, cross-functional settings and has a proven record of delivering enterprise-level MDM solutions.Accountabilities:

• Define and execute the enterprise MDM strategy, leveraging platforms such as SAP Master Data and Reltio
• Lead and mentor a global team of MDM professionals to drive adherence to data governance and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies, procedures, and OKRs/KPIs for master data management
• Oversee configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of material, vendor, and customer data
• Ensure efficient integration between MDM platforms and enterprise applications, providing technical guidance where needed
• Manage enterprise MDM roadmap, vendor relationships, budgets, and project delivery across geographies
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and resolve data quality issues while driving continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 7+ years of experience with MDM technologies, specifically SAP Master Data and Reltio
• 5+ years of experience with data platforms (preferably Databricks), analytics tools (Power BI), SQL, and integration technologies
• Proven experience managing global teams and delivering enterprise-level data solutions
• Expertise in cloud-based platforms, data governance, and best practices in MDM
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with OKRs/KPIs, project management, and vendor collaboration
